Pink Shoe – Always the Bridesmaid

Always the Bridesmaid …

… now never again

Always the bridesmaid … now never again.  Was a nice pink pump with black patent leather bow and heel, found abandoned on the way to work, on Wescoat Rd, Egg Harbor Township, near the back gate to the FAA Tech Center.

People, if you’re gonna leave the wedding barefoot, don’t forget to take your shoes off the (truck bed tool box) roof of the car before you drive off.

South Jersey FOD

Can you see the foreign object?

FOD – not just FOD, but South Jersey FOD, next to the Atlantic City International Airport.  (Get it, FOD, at an airport?)

Found abandoned on the side of Tilton Rd while commuting to work on the bike, at the approach end of runway 13.

You’re An Inconsiderate Driver If…A Lesson For Drivers

http://www.ilovebicycling.com/youre-an-inconsiderate-driver-if-a-lesson-for-drivers/

This article is a good lesson for drivers, and for cyclists.  It can show you what to expect, while sharing the cyclist point of view with motorists.

It can also serve to remind cyclists … since most are drivers too.  Hopefully the cyclist’s attitude doesn’t change just because they’ve gotten behind a steering wheel.

Had some nice, respectful, interactions with motorists on the commute home the other day, including a short conversation with a driver at a stoplight.  It’s refreshing to have a good back-and-forth that doesn’t include some form of shouting.
